- Luxury or mid-range lodge stays
- Sunrise & sunset drives that make time feel irrelevant
Day 1 – Arrival: Arusha / Kilimanjaro
Touch down in Arusha or near the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, where the adventure officially whispers your name. After airport pick-up and a chance to freshen up, enjoy a relaxed evening at your lodge. Maybe peek at a map, maybe just sip something cold while imagining the wildlife encounters that await — either way, anticipation is part of the fun.
Highlight: Arrival welcome and orientation.
Inclusions: Airport pickup, lodge accommodation, dinner.
Day 2 – Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Today, the sanctuary is yours to explore. Wake up early for a guided safari walk or drive around the park — every corner holds surprises: lounging servals, playful monkeys, and herds of grazing antelope. Photographers and Instagram aficionados, beware: this is your paradise.
Lunch back at the lodge, followed by a private wildlife encounter or optional activities like bird-watching or a short nature hike. As the sun dips, enjoy a sunset drive or cocktail while watching the bush come alive with nocturnal energy — lions growl, hyenas chuckle, and your heart probably races just a little.
Highlights: Full-day guided safari, wildlife encounters, photography opportunities, sunset drive.
Day 3 – Tarangire → Serengeti National Park
Wave goodbye to Tarangire as you journey to the iconic Serengeti National Park. En route, the landscape changes from rolling hills to the endless savannahs that have starred in countless wildlife documentaries. Afternoon game drive upon arrival introduces you to lions, hyenas, and wildebeest grazing the golden plains.
Highlights: First Serengeti game drive, chance to spot predators, scenic route.
Inclusions: Transport, game drives, accommodation, meals.
Day 4 – Full Day Serengeti
Rise early for a sunrise game drive — animals are early risers too, and so should you be. Track cheetahs on the hunt, lions lounging in the morning sun, and flocks of flamingos painting the rivers pink. Midday offers a rest at the camp before an afternoon drive chasing golden-hour sightings. Every corner of the Serengeti tells a different story; today, you’re the VIP guest.
Highlights: Big Five viewing, migration (seasonal), golden-hour drives.
Inclusions: All game drives, meals, accommodation.
Day 5 – Serengeti → Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After a morning drive, leave the Serengeti behind and head toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy the changing scenery: vast plains give way to highland forests and crater rim views that make you pause for dramatic selfies. Optional sunset drinks at the lodge — just because you can.
Highlights: Scenic drive, crater rim views, evening relaxation.
Inclusions: Transport, game drive en route, accommodation, meals.
Day 6 – Ngorongoro → Arusha / Kilimanjaro via Lake Eyasi (Hadzabe Bushmen Visit)
Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive — Ngorongoro is packed with wildlife: endangered black rhinos, buffalo, zebras, lions, and flamingos at the soda lakes. Later, travel toward Lake Eyasi for an intimate cultural visit with the Hadzabe. Learn ancient hunting techniques, witness a lifestyle preserved for millennia, and maybe even try a hand at bow-and-arrow skills. After this eye-opening encounter, return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for departure, your mind and camera full, your heart a little wilder.
Highlights: Ngorongoro crater wildlife, Hadzabe tribe cultural encounter.
Inclusions: Game drive, cultural visit, transport, meals.
